What each status means
- Pending
- Your submission arrived and is waiting in the editorial queue. Nothing is needed from you yet.
- Under review
- An editor has opened your tool, is testing it and is checking the details, pricing and screenshots you sent.
- Approved
- Your tool passed review. It is either live already or scheduled to publish on the date shown.
- Not approved
- The tool did not meet our listing guidelines, or it was already listed. You can fix the issues and submit again.
How the HyzenPro review works
Every tool submitted to the HyzenPro AI tools directory is read by a person. An editor signs up where possible, tests the core features, checks the pricing against the vendor's own page and compares the tool with the alternatives already listed. We do not accept payment for placement, so the review is the same whether a tool is a weekend project or a funded startup.
When a tool is approved it gets its own review page with features, pricing plans, pros and cons and FAQs, and it appears in its category listing. Your tracking page then shows both links, ready to share with your users or add to your launch posts. If something needs fixing, you will get an email with the changes; you can resubmit as soon as they are done.

Tracking FAQ
Where do I find my tracking key?
It is shown in the confirmation window right after you submit, in the form HZ-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The same browser also remembers it and lists it on this page.
How long does a review take?
Most submissions get a decision within 5 business days. Busy weeks can take longer; the status here updates as soon as an editor acts.
I lost my tracking key. Can you resend it?
No. We only store a scrambled copy of the key, so nobody at HyzenPro can read it. Your review email will still reach you, or write to submissions@hyzenpro.com.
Does paying speed up approval?
No. Listings are free and every tool goes through the same editorial review. No payment changes a review or a ranking.
