After an initial scoping call, Crolytics configures your organization's integrations, shared knowledge, brand rules, and agent workflows. Your team can then work with AI agents through the Crolytics workspace or existing Claude and ChatGPT accounts, with managed setup and ongoing maintenance.

Where does our data live, and who owns it?

Your organization retains ownership of its data. The Growth plan runs on Google Cloud, while Enterprise customers can deploy Crolytics in their own cloud with their own encryption keys. Crolytics does not use customer data to train AI models.
